Progressive Overload
Progressive overload is a proven method for building muscle in a structured and
sustainable way. When training with me, you’ll follow a personalized 4 to 8 week
program tailored to your needs. Each week, we’ll systematically increase the weight to
ensure consistent progress. The exercises will remain relatively consistent to
effectively target specific muscle fibers and optimize muscle growth.
Training Structure
Each program will include key strength movements designed to build a solid foundation,
improve functional performance, and promote overall muscular development. These
movements will be tailored to your goals and progressively adjusted to ensure consistent
progress.
Aerobic Programs
Aerobic training, or “cardio,” may not always be a fan favorite, but it’s an excellent
way to elevate your heart rate, challenge your endurance, and push yourself to new
limits.
I incorporate cardio into our tailored workouts by using creative, unconventional
exercises paired with minimal rest. This approach keeps sessions engaging while
effectively improving endurance and cardiovascular health.
Accountability
Accountability is a key part of the program. I’ll provide consistent support, track your
progress, and help you stay committed to your goals every step of the way. Together,
we’ll ensure you stay focused and motivated to achieve lasting results.
